Campanion

a drink i mixed:

place two ice cubes in a highball glass. fill the glass 1/2 with campari. cut the campari with pellegrino or your favorite soda water. then, place two fresh chunks of pineapple in the campari. stir and enjoy.

the campari gets sweetened by the pineapple juices, and the pineapple's crazy sweetness gets nicely balanced with the campari. gets tastier the more you have. :-)

I am going to sound a little naive, but for pellegrino do mean just the sparkling water or a specific type of soda they sell (lemon-lime ect.). I think you just mean the water, but I had to ask.

Actually, I bet it wouldn't taste bad with a lemon lime soda minus the pineapple. Just a sliver of a lemon on the bottom of the glass for garnish. Sexy.
